Refund policy

For sanitary purposes, STORMSIMPLEcannot process returns or refunds for any product that is opened, unsealed or used. Returns must be submitted in original unopened packaging.

Eligible for Return: Unopened product in new condition and original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact support@stormsimple.com for a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Refunds: Should you receive an item that is in any way damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide photographic documentation and a description of the issue to support@stormsimple.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Not Eligible: We cannot accept returns on items purchased over 30 days. Products that have been opened, unsealed or used may not be returned due to the hygienic nature of this product.
